Our employees have one thing in common: they are diverse. Regardless of age, nationality, or professional experience, we welcome everyone at SOCITAS. Team structure

At SOCITAS, we don't work in traditional departments, but rather in teams. These teams are quite small, which keeps things clear and straightforward. These small teams ensure close cooperation and a strong sense of community. In addition, employees who work in project-based business are assigned to two or three project teams at the same time. This promotes the exchange of knowledge and experience across team boundaries and ensures that our projects benefit from a wide range of perspectives and skills.

Our offices in St. Katharinen & Beyond

It is no longer necessary for the entire team to work in the same location. That is why, in addition to our five offices, we also offer the option of working from home by arrangement. Our employees are best placed to judge which location suits their individual situation and their work. Nevertheless, we always look forward to working together on site, chatting at the coffee machine, and exchanging ideas over lunch.

Our headquarters in St. Katharinen

SOCITAS was founded in 2007 in rural St. Katharinen, located above Linz am Rhein. Our headquarters are located in two former residential buildings overlooking green meadows and fields. Small offices for a maximum of six people and meals prepared by our cook are what make this location special. The dining room and the two terraces behind the houses are ideal for lunch breaks or after-work get-togethers, as is the popular recreation room. The easiest way to get here is by car, and our employees have access to free parking.

Our office in Bornheim

In 2020, SOCITAS opened an office in Bornheim, which, with 22 workstations, is our largest location after our headquarters in St. Katharinen. Our employees work in spacious, modern offices, some of which are equipped with height-adjustable desks. The large meeting room is used for both meetings and communal lunches. Cold and hot drinks and various snacks are provided for refreshment. The convenient location offers excellent connections to the highway and public transportation. Free parking is also available.

Our office in Cologne

In 2022, SOCITAS opened an office with ten workstations in Cologne. The office, located in a former printing plant, impresses with its industrial charm and large glass surfaces. Centrally located and only a few minutes from the Rhine, the location is ideal for spontaneous walks during lunch breaks. The spacious hallway is suitable for meetings and breaks together. There is a wide variety of food options, from a butcher's shop to a vegan café to an ice cream parlor next door. The location also offers excellent transport connections with the Cologne-South motorway junction and tram line 16. Parking spaces are usually within walking distance or can be reserved via Ampido.

Subsidiary in Vienna

In 2017, SOCITAS founded its subsidiary, SOCITAS GmbH, based in Vienna. The offices are located in a charming old building in Leopoldstadt, just a few minutes' walk from the Prater. Our employees enjoy a wide selection of cold and hot drinks and snacks.
At lunchtime, we often eat together, which strengthens team spirit. The location is also just a few minutes’ walk from the Praterstern station, providing excellent access to public transportation. With the free job ticket, our employees can commute to work comfortably and stress‑free.

Our office in Unna

In 2023, SOCITAS established an office in Unna, which is our smallest location with four workstations. Our office is located in the m7 Business Center, which we share with other companies. The office complex is in a very good location and has excellent transport links. Free parking is available for our employees and visitors right outside the door.

Our office in Freiburg

Im Jahr 2025 eröffnete SOCITAS ein Büro mit acht Arbeitsplätzen in Freiburg. The Europaplatz stop is also just a few minutes’ walk away, allowing our employees to reach the office comfortably using public transportation.
