When you fit in
- Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung in der Beratung, Analyse und Umsetzung von Geschäftsprozessen im ERP-Umfeld – idealerweise mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central oder vergleichbaren ERP-Systemen.
- Du denkst betriebswirtschaftlich, arbeitest strukturiert und entwickelst aus Kundenanforderungen tragfähige, zukunftsorientierte Lösungsansätze.
- Du interessierst Dich für moderne Technologien, Automatisierung und KI-gestützte Funktionen und möchtest diese sinnvoll in Beratungs- und Projektkontexte einbringen.
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Beratung rund um Business Central mit und bist offen dafür, Dich kontinuierlich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten.
- Du verstehst Dich als Berater auf Augenhöhe, übernimmst fachliche Verantwortung und begleitest Kunden auch bei komplexeren Fragestellungen sicher und lösungsorientiert.
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team, teilst Dein Wissen und bringst eigene Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Lösungen, Standards und Vorgehensweisen ein.
- Du bist bereit, im Rahmen von Workshops oder Projektphasen zeitweise beim Kunden vor Ort zu arbeiten.
- Dein Deutsch und Englisch sind sicher in Wort und Schrift.

What you do
- Du berätst unsere Kunden rund um Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central und entwickelst gemeinsam mit ihnen moderne, praxistaugliche Lösungen für ihre Geschäftsprozesse.
- Du analysierst Anforderungen, strukturierst Prozesse und leitest daraus tragfähige Konzepte für Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und KI-gestützte Optimierung ab.
- Du moderierst Workshops, übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in klare Umsetzungsschritte und sorgst für eine verständliche Dokumentation.
- Du begleitest Projekte fachlich über alle relevanten Phasen hinweg und behältst Qualität, Machbarkeit und Zielerreichung im Blick.
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde und Entwicklung, klärst Anforderungen und unterstützt die Umsetzung gemeinsam mit dem Projektteam.
- Du teilst Dein Wissen im Team, unterstützt Kolleginnen und Kollegen fachlich und bringst Dich in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Beratungsstandards ein.

Das Einstiegsgehalt für diese Position liegt bei mindestens 4.000 € brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis – je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine höhere Vergütung möglich.
