Work-Life-Balance

In addition to the option of flexible working hours, we offer mobile working depending on the position. This usually means that you can work from home two days a week and spend the other days in the office with your colleagues. We are happy to discuss such arrangements individually based on your needs.

 

Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve are internal holidays for us, so you do not have to submit a vacation request for these days. In addition to the statutory vacation entitlement of 20 days, we grant ten additional days per year. For special events in life (e.g. wedding, moving, etc.) there are additional vacation days. We are also happy to address other requirements in your life individually in consultation with you.

Health

In a world that moves pretty fast, we want to consciously take a different approach – and do something for our health together. We are focusing on three key areas:

Facilities & atmosphere

The collegial atmosphere is reflected in the fact that we are on first-name terms with each other from the outset and treat each other as equals, regardless of our roles. During lunch, snacks, or drinks, which are paid for by SOCITAS, we have the opportunity to chat with each other.

 

The locations have modern office equipment with some height-adjustable desks. You also have the option of ordering selected items such as office supplies, bags, and clothing free of charge from SOCITAS's own shop, subject to availability.

Grants

You will receive a monthly Pluxee credit in the full amount of the tax-free benefit in kind, accident insurance through SOCITAS (including private coverage), and travel health insurance for business trips. In addition, there is the option of a company pension plan.

The Team

It is important to us that our employees can balance their free time and work well. But personal interaction in the office is also a central aspect of our culture. That's why we generally offer two days of mobile working per week, depending on the role, and we look forward to meeting you three days in one of our offices. Depending on individual needs, other arrangements are also possible.

In principle, you can apply for more than one job with us. However, we always place a great deal of importance on getting to know you and your personality in an interview, and then we will consider with you which area would suit you best with us.

We look forward to receiving a CV with the most important milestones in your life. We are particularly pleased if it also clearly shows your motivation for the corresponding position at SOCITAS. You are welcome to omit a cover letter in the traditional sense, because we prefer to get to know you directly in a personal conversation. For us, personality comes first.

We will give you feedback within a few days of your application. 

In regular meetings between leaders and employees, we discuss personal development and jointly forge plans for further development. In particular, we expand our know-how by learning from others in our daily work. However, we also develop skills through internal and external training courses and consolidate them by applying them in practice.
