What you do
- Together with your team, you will be available to our customers for queries or customization requests regarding Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will provide support both in recording requested customizations and in problem solving in the event of user issues.
- Working closely with your team, you will add new functionality to the standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central features as needed.
- In close cooperation with our customer managers, you will test the customizations before they are made available to the customer.
- As a support employee with vision, you also like to take new paths and are open to new approaches to solutions. We are happy to offer you the necessary freedom to do so.
