- You have an education in marketing, a degree in media and communication sciences or a related field or a comparable qualification.
- Deine Erfahrung im Online-Marketing setzt du gezielt ein, um unsere Online-Präsenz weiterzuentwickeln und kreative Inhalte wirkungsvoll umzusetzen. Dabei hilft dir ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für unsere Zielgruppen.
- In der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team bringst du dich aktiv ein, unterstützt Kolleg*innen und arbeitest konstruktiv an gemeinsamen Projekten mit.
- Dank deiner sicheren und wertschätzenden Kommunikation in Wort und Schrift trittst du professionell auf und gestaltest unsere Außenwirkung positiv mit.
- Durch dein selbstständiges und zuverlässiges Arbeiten übernimmst du Verantwortung für deine Aufgaben und sorgst dafür, dass Projekte effizient und sorgfältig umgesetzt werden.
What you do
- Du entwickelst neue Ideen für unsere Online Marketing-Kanäle, gestaltest ansprechende Konzepte und trägst dazu bei, unsere Marke sichtbar zu machen.
- Gemeinsam mit dem Team arbeitest du an einem ausgewogenen Marketingmix und hast die Bedürfnisse unserer Zielgruppe sowie die zielgruppengerechte Ansprache stets im Blick.
- Du steuerst unsere Online-Kampagnen eigenverantwortlich und hast zur Erfolgskontrolle die relevanten KPIs im Blick und weißt sie richtig zu interpretieren
- Zudem unterstützt du bei der Betreuung unserer Internetseite sowie des Blogs, pflegst Inhalte ein und stellst sicher, dass Nutzer*innen jederzeit aktuelle und relevante Informationen finden.
