Social Media Manager (m/f/d)*
Full-time, Location: St. Katharinen

Then bring your creativity to us and become part of our marketing team. We are looking for reinforcement as Social Media Manager (m/f/d)* at the St. Katharinen location as soon as possible.

When you fit in
  • You have an education in marketing, a degree in media and communication sciences or a related field or a comparable qualification.

  • You have professional experience in social media marketing and knowledge of target group-oriented content planning and creation. Ideally, you have knowledge of image and video editing.

  • You have a passion for social media and a feel for our target groups, as well as creative ideas for reaching them.

  • You attach great importance to precise and careful work and get things done independently.

  • You are a true team player. One for all, all for one - that is not only your motto, but also ours.

  • You have an excellent command of German and good written and spoken English.

What you do
  • Strategy and managementYou will develop creative and targeted social media strategies for various platforms and implement them independently. You will manage our social media channels and continuously develop them further.

  • Content creation: You plan and create high-quality and target group-oriented content (text, images, video). You keep an eye on the performance of your posts and campaigns using relevant KPIs and use your findings to optimize them.

  • Trend and competition monitoring: You identify new trends and formats and derive innovative ideas for our social media activities.

  • Cross-team collaboration: You will design social media campaigns to support lead generation or employer branding and work closely with marketing, HR and sales.
