Senior Performance Marketing Manager(m/w/d) *

Then bring your expertise to us. Become part of our marketing team as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)* at the St. Katharinen location.
When you fit in
- You have at least a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of professional experience in the areas of SEO, SEA and performance marketing (operational and strategic).
- You have experience in online marketing, especially with multi-channel campaigns.

- You are characterized by creativity and analytical thinking. You also attach great importance to precise and careful work and get things done independently.
- You have an excellent command of German and good written and spoken English.

What you do
- Strategic SEO development: You will design a holistic SEO strategy for the German and international market. You will carry out technical SEO optimizations, research relevant keywords and continuously analyze SEO performance in order to derive targeted measures.
- Performance driven campaign management: You plan, manage and optimize campaigns on Meta and Google with a clear focus on lead generation, conversion increase and efficient budget usage.
- Analysis and Reporting: You evaluate campaigns based on defined KPIs, derive data-driven optimizations, and present your results openly to the team and management.
- Market & competition analyses: You identify new potential and trends through systematic analysis of market movements and competitors.
- Cross-team collaboration: You will work closely with the marketing and sales team to continuously develop strategies and content.
