Junior Consultant (m/f/d)*Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

- You have business knowledge and ideally already have some professional experience in the area of support. Thanks to your analytical skills, you understand our customers' requests as well as their business processes, always thinking in a solution-oriented way.
- You have no problem working on-site at the customer's location for a few days as part of workshop appointments or consulting projects.
- Your German and also your English can be seen and heard.

What you do
- Together with your team, you will advise and support our customers on all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central - whether it's a new implementation or an upgrade. You support both in the recording and in the analysis of the requirements and business process.
- You accompany the project manager to customer workshops and take minutes to ensure project success. You will also continuously document the progress of the project.
- You conduct various internal and external basic, beginner and trainee training courses. You prepare these on your own responsibility and work intensively on the respective topic.
- Working closely with our developers, you will test the customizations before they are made available to the customer.
- As a support employee with vision, you also like to take new paths and are open to new approaches to solutions. We are happy to offer you the necessary freedom to do so.
